Kopi Luwak is the most expensive coffee in the world,also going by the name civet coffee or civet cat coffee. Kopi Luwak coffee sells for anywhere between $100 and $600 per pound.  A cup of cafe Luwak coffee in an upscale restaurant would cost about $33.00 to $50.00.  Of the few restaurants or coffee shops that carry Kopi Luwak, it is reported that typical sales are about four cups sold per week.  Don't let the Hawaiian sounding name fool you.  When you buy Kopi Luwak it is not coming from Honolulu as most great kona coffee is produced.
